With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate and construction, Jeff Wilson brings deep industry expertise and a personal touch to JR Wilson Property Management. After acquiring his first triplex at just 20 years old, Jeff went on to develop several hundred housing units across the greater Seattle area. At 49, he remains deeply invested—literally and personally—in the properties under JRWPM’s care, many of which he owns himself.

Carrying forward the legacy built by his father, Jeff has shaped JRWPM into a trusted partner for clients seeking thoughtful, high-quality property management. Jeff is also the founder of Turnkey, a licensed general contracting business that works in tandem with JRWPM to provide seamless maintenance and property improvement services.
